Our Last Hurrah

In our last battle of the season, the JV girls soccer team squared off against a Pomfret squad that had won three of its last four games by sizable margins. Although we played hard for the full 70 minutes of our game, we just couldn't seem to figure out how to defend against one of Pomfret's especially speedy forwards, and had trouble getting past a particularly skilled defensive back. Oh well, we'll be ready to try again next fall.
