Millbrook hosts close JV contest with Rumsey and Indian Mountain Schools

Racing conditions were optimal for the nearly 60 runners who lined up to compete in a jv race at Millbrook. The course included the infamous ski hill and a new second mile through Millbrook's low-ropes course and our fast downhill "chute".  First in was Jayden Hernandez of IMS, with a blistering time of 15:22, followed by Jake Neuman of Rumsey Hall in 15:35.  The teams battled closely, with Rumsey taking the race overall by one point. Congratulations to Millbrook's top 5 jv finishers: Liam Blayney '25 in 14th, Niklas Gradin '25 in 22nd, Aiden Corbin '24 in 23rd, Frank Hong '25 in 34th, and Angelina Huang '24 in 35th. A terrific day of running, and both teams got to visit the zoo!
