Andrej’s passion for food, sustainability, community, and education inspired him to create a class that connected students, dining hall staff, and local farmers in an exploration of sustainable food production practices and the science behind food preparation. Andre’s knowledge of local farming was evident in the curriculum he proposed, which was extremely detailed and ambitious.
