Dartmouth University
The mix of independence and collaboration has been a really important part of my experience at Millbrook. I was able to pursue my interests through independent studies even while keeping up with my other coursework. Dartmouth seems to offer a similar opportunity for that kind of learning, which really works for me.

Beyond schoolwork, I came to Millbrook to play hockey and had an awesome team experience. I’m going to play club hockey at Dartmouth but will also be working hard to get better and see how far I can take it. The many chances I had to actually collaborate with my teachers, especially in math and science, made me understand how important it is to seek out that kind of connection. I’ve already researched Dartmouth professors and learned about some of the interesting work they’ve done.
EDUCATOR'S INSIGHT
Nathan impressed me as a student from the day I first met him over Zoom to the day he left campus. He took all of his assignments seriously and put forth nothing but his very best. He persistently demonstrated a deep care for other people, something that regularly showed in the projects he gravitated towards.
