Kenneth O'Friel is the cofounder and CEO of Toku. Backed by $26 million from leading investors in the space, including Blockchain Capital and Naval Ravikant, Toku provides compliance infrastructure for cryptocurrency businesses, helping them operate legally and pay employees in stablecoins and tokens while adhering to tax laws in close to 100 tax jurisdictions globally. Trusted by industry leaders, Toku serves 30% of crypto token companies listed on Robinhood.

Mr. O'Friel sits on the board a number of companies in diverse fields, such as a biotech testing company, Finnrick, an AI coding company, Kodu AI, and natural CPG company Shonai Special. Mr. O'Friel started his career as a sales trader at Merrill Lynch in Tokyo. He is a graduate of Bates College.
