Girls Varsity Lacrosse vs. Hoosac

Scoring was abundant today for the Mustangs as Millbrook Girls came ready to play scoring 20 times during the contest.  Goals were scored by Morgan Ainley, Zoe Tucker, Ella Green, Abigail Ainley, Shaye Jasiel, Jeannie Wallner, Brysha Schmidt, Sophia DeStazio, Aly Rosenzweig, Caroline Hopkins, Amber Hatfield, and Emma Levy.  Almost all goals scored were helped with an unselfish assist.   Millbrook's defense was stingy today as they made many interceptions and gaining possession of most ground balls that were on the playing field. The defense was led by solid play from Lexie Strykowski, Julia Zangre, Callie Leary, Jenna Bressette, Natalie BeVeir, Caleigh Murphy,  and Piper Strautman.   Kaitlin Bressette and Julia Schereschewsky split time in the cage.  Schereschewsky recorded her first two saves as a Millbrook goalie during today's game.   Next up on the schedule is Canterbury.
