The JV girls soccer team continued to advance their in-game skills, putting together a solid outing against an experienced and aggressive Canterbury squad with a deep bench. In the first half alone, goalkeeper Emily Goico collected seven saves, holding the score to 1-0 at halftime. In the second half, Minh Anh Hoang nearly found the back of the net after an exciting breakaway. It was a fun game to watch, featuring a standout performance by Leah Frost as a defender and an improved team-wide understanding of how to contain opposing offensive players.
