After returning from working in Ireland for four years in the Global Marketing Department for Horseware, one of the largest equestrian manufacturing companies in the world, Jessie decided that the corporate job world was not for her. It was her time in Ireland that sparked her entrepreneurial drive to develop businesses that matched her passions and creativity. With a strong equestrian background, a master's degree in business and marketing, and a drive to create businesses that would set the bar higher in their respective industries, she went to work on bringing her visions to life.

 

In 2020 Jessie launched The Fizzy Filly Bar, a mobile bar business within a renovated horse trailer, and G&S Equestrian, a boutique horse sales and training business. The pandemic delayed the launch of The Fizzy Filly Bar by one season, but it has not hindered its growth. Going into its fourth season, The Fizzy Filly Bar has become the gold standard for bar service in the Millbrook community. G&S Equestrian has succeeded in sourcing and producing world-class young horses that have been sold to clients all over the United States, Ireland, and the UK.

 

When not training horses or serving craft cocktails out of The Fizzy Filly Bar, Jessie is most likely found hanging out with her cocker spaniel, Clover, or working alongside Millbrook alum Eliza Glaister '04 in the kitchen assisting with her catering gigs.
