Mustangs Drop Contest to Green Farms

Millbrook travelled to Westport, CT, to take on Class C opponent GFA. What normally would take an hour and 40 minutes turned into an extra hour due to traffic on I95! GFA came into the contest ranked 4th in all of Western New England and showed it. However, Millbrook stepped up to the challenge, keeping GFA's attack at bay. The half closed with GFA up by two. And while the girls did well to start the second half, generating a couple of corner kicks and other shots on goal, the continued wave of attacks by GFA proved too much to weather. Next up, the Mustangs face Canterbury on home turf.
