The Millbrook softball team has competed in the Western New England Class C playoffs in five of the last six eligible seasons, including a co-championship in 2023. Millbrook plays a challenging schedule that has included Canterbury School, Cheshire Academy, Kent School, St. Luke’s School, Suffield Academy, and other competitive rivals. 

The coaching staff at Millbrook pairs extensive coaching experience with great passion for the game. Coach Lindsay Peterson graduated from Colby College, where she was the starting center-fielder and a member of the NESCAC All-Academic Team. Coach Dore brings a wealth of talent and skill. A four-year starting pitcher at Franklin & Marshall College, she holds records for most games started and complete games pitched (each 4^th in the school's history) and most wins (7^th in the school's history).

Both Coach Peterson and Coach Dore aim to instill a love for the game, the perseverance, skill, and strategy to win, and the resilience to bounce back from defeat.
