Millbrook School: Better by Design Transportation Request Form

Please complete the below form to request to participate in transportation services to/from local airports (LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy) for the Winter Break.

DEPARTURE: Buses will depart from the Mills Athletic Center on Friday, 3/7, at 11:30 a.m. EST for LGA and JFK airports.

RETURN: Buses will be at LGA (Terminal B at 5:00pm) and JFK (Kiss & Fly Lot at 4:00 pm) airports on Wednesday, 3/26, to pick up and return to campus.

The cost of participating in busing through Millbrook School is approximately $100.00 each way. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand this and that you agree to have all fees associated with this service charged directly to your student's My Millbrook account.

If your child’s incoming flight is significantly delayed, the parent or guardian is responsible for arranging transportation back to campus if the student misses the return bus.
