<b>Anna Menken '03 Performs at Town Crier</b>

On a recent dark and stormy night, arts faculty Bill Hardy and Laurie Freedman bundled a group of about 30 students into vans. Their destination was the Town Crier, a local folk club, where they enjoyed an evening of musical entertainment by Millbrook’s own Anna Menken ’03.

This exciting evening was an opportunity for Anna to feature her work in a venue where her music could be heard as she prepares for possibilities in her musical career. She was accompanied by guitarist Arien Roth and bass player Paul Ossola and played a number of original songs.

Mr. Hardy remarked on the wonderful evening, “My students were thrilled with being there and felt it was important to honor and support the talent of a dear and gifted friend.”
