Will Rayman '15 Named "Freshman Phenom" by Division I Colgate Men's Basketball Team
Our Mustangs continue to make us proud at the collegiate level. Will Rayman '15 has already set records and earned multiple honors since the start of his first basketball season with the Division I Colgate Raiders.
He has been called a "freshman phenom" by Colgate, and has earned two Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors since the start of the season.
He recently netted 34 points in the Raiders' game against Lafayette, which set a new freshman single-game scoring record for the team. He tallied 16 double-digit efforts and leads for Colgate throughout the season thus far; his 18.6 points per Patriot League game average ranks him third overall for points scored in the league.
“Will continues to represent Millbrook School and Millbrook basketball exceptionally well," said Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach Billy Thom. "His freshman year at Colgate has been marked by grace, effort, and skill. We could not be more proud of the basketball player and the young man Will has become.”
