Boys Cross Country at Kingswood-Oxford
On Wednesday, just after returning from Parents Weekend, the boys cross country team travelled to Kingswood-Oxford for a quad meet with K-O, South Kent School, and Forman School.
Despite the absence of Ben Cart who was off on a college visit, the team ran a good race on a tough course. Kingswood-Oxford won the meet overall followed by Millbrook, South Kent School, and Forman.
Ben Cart showed his understanding of the spirit of the sport by sending his apologies ahead to his best competitor at K-O who won the race in Ben’s absence. It would have been a great match-up on the newly configured K-O course at the West Hartford reservoir.
