Mustangs Drop Tough Game to Class B Favorite

In a game that wasn't decided until the final minutes, Millbrook could not come through with key offensive execution at the end of the game, dropping a tough 73-65 contest to Class B favorite, Cheshire Academy.  Turnovers plagued  Millbrook throughout the game, as the Mustangs committed 18 give-aways in total.  Despite the lack of care with regards to ball-handling that the Mustangs showed, they showed great fight until the final buzzer.  Millbrook was led in the scoring column by Chris Williams (20 points, 4 assists) and Josh Clarke (20 points and 9 rebounds).  Sheldon Freeman (11 points, 8 rebounds) and Tondi Mushandu (8 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists) also added to the Mustang point total.  Zane Acord added 6 points in his first career start.

The Mustangs will be back in action on Wednesday, January 29th when they host Westminster.
