Millbrook’s boys varsity basketball team is on a tear to start the season. Off to a 6–0 start—including an undefeated Zero Gravity Prep Classic showing—the Mustangs have now entered the top 50 in New England Prep School Basketball’s 2024–25 Prep Programs National Rankings.

Ranked No. 46, this is the Millbrook BV basketball program’s first-ever foray into the top 50.

“This level of national recognition is a testament to the last 10 years’ worth of players and coaches we’ve had,” said Millbrook BV Basketball Head Coach Billy Thom. “It takes a while to build something like this, and I couldn’t be more proud of each contribution that helped do so.”

The boys have a chance to jump even higher in the rankings soon, as they’re playing No. 29 Western Reserve Academy on Thursday in the Mercer Tournament at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA.

Millbrook’s next home game is Jan. 11, at 3 p.m. versus Kingswood-Oxford School. All the action will be livestreamed on Millbrook School’s YouTube channel.
