Mustangs Bring the Grit

18 of our 28 girls traveled to Canterbury on Saturday and came away with a 1-1 tie.  Sally Pinchot scored the tying goal from 35 yards out - a bomb of a kick!  Everyone, including the goalie, stopped and stared as the ball sailed into the corner of the net!  Defense played aggressively and our offense had several shots on goal.  Of particular note, however, was senior Logan Heinman who found her groove protecting our net.  We lost count of her saves.
