Mustangs Execute Down the Wire to Earn 6-point Victory
Despite a slow pace and a quiet, cavernous gym, Millbrook took the early 2-0 lead on a Josh Clarke post move and held that lead from wire to wire. Behind an extremely balanced scoring effort, the Mustangs went on the road to beat the Bruins of Brunswick by a score of 50-44.
Tondi Mushandu led the effort with a game-high 15 points, including 3 3's. Will Rayman added 10 points, including a game clinching 2 free throws. Josh Clarke gave an extremely well balanced performance, tallying 7 points, 8 rebounds and 7 blocks.
The Mustangs will return home to host Pomfret on Saturday, December 14th at 4:30 p.m. We hope to see you then!
