Millbrook Drops Game 2 to Talented Opponent
In their second game at the Hoop Mountian Prep Showcase, Millbrook ran into a very talented Masters CT team. The Mustangs competed throughout the contest; however, the pace of the game proved too much, as the Mustangs eventually ran out of gas against their talented foe.
Will Rayman led the scoring effort for Millbrook with 17 points. Josh Clarke, Dave Bottenberg, Chris Williams and Alex Beal all chipped in 8 points. Jordan Green added 2.
Despite the 0-2 record in the event, the weekend proved extremely valuable for the Mustangs. Being able to play two successful AA programs will help Millbrook improve immensely in preparation for Class B play. Thanks to Bronwen Hruska and Leo Vassallo for making the trip to St. Andrew's to watch the Mustangs play!
