Mustangs Earn Decisive Road Victory

In front of a sparse Saturday afternoon crowd, Millbrook used defensive pressure and an unselfish offensive attack to lead wire to wire.  The Mustangs jumped out to an 11-0 lead and never looked back.  Will Rayman scored a game high 21 points on a day that saw nine different Mustangs appear in the scoring column.

Matty Rudak - 12 points
Chris Williams - 10 points
Alex Beal - 8 points
Josh Clarke - 6 points
Dave Bottenberg - 4 points
Zane Acord - 2 points
Sebastien Apollon - 2 points
Jordan Green - 2 points

Jason Vassallo, Tau Loving and Will Detwiler all contributed to a decisive team victory.  Jason controlled tempo as the primary ball-handler coming off the bench. Tau has proven to be a utility man for the Mustangs, playing 4 out of 5 positions on the court.  Will Detwiler played a key role in a main stretch in the second half, coming off the bench and tallying a quick assist and offensive rebound.

Millbrook next takes the court on Wednesday January 14th, as they travel to West Simsbury, CT to play a rematch against Masters School.
