Mustangs Lose Heartbreaker

Millbrook lost a 60-57 heartbreaker on the road Wednesday at Canterbury.  Twice in the game, the Mustangs came back from a double digit deficit, but couldn't get over the hump in the waning moments.  Millbrook executed perfectly to get a great shot in the final seconds; however, it was not meant to be and the shot rimmed out.  Will Rayman led all scorers with 18 points.  Chris Williams tallied 17 points, while Matty Rudak chipped in 13 points. Alex Beal and Dave Bottenberg rounded out the scoring totals with 5 point apiece.  

 

Congratulations to the boys on how much they were able to grow and fight over the course of a challenging season.  They have most certainly left Millbrook Basketball in a much stronger place than a year before.
