Wednesday’s 77–52 win over Kent by the boys varsity basketball team featured an incredible individual Mustang accomplishment, as VIth former Amadou Fall ’25 scored the 1,000th point of his high school career.
According to Millbrook Boys Varsity Basketball Head Coach Billy Thom, Fall’s achievement is particularly notable due to his late start in the sport:
"Amadou only started playing organized basketball in high school,” Coach Thom explained. “For him to score 1,000 points in his first four years of organized basketball is a tremendous accomplishment. I think it also speaks to the incredible upside that exists for him in his future playing career.”
An All-NEPSAC selection in 2024, Fall has played a key role in the Mustangs’ success the past two seasons. He’s a deep threat and athletic finisher on offense, and an excellent shot blocker on the defensive side of the court.
